WOW! The fish was so fresh it melted in our mouth. We both took the tasting menu (one with sashimi and one without). Even if it&rsquo;s unlimited, the first serve was enough for both of us. We went back a couple of dats after our first try as it was so good. We really recommend you to try it!

Baushi - Sushi & Bar

You&#39;d never know it from outside but this is a really cozy spot with great quality pizza. The owner was a real character and took time to walk us through some of his favourite menu items. We split 3 pizzas and one of their amazing thin crust garlic breads for a family of 4. I don&#39;t remember the name, but the white pizza with seasonal figs had a beautiful blend of flavours (we took a 2nd to go for a quick beach snack the next day). The draft beer was cold and the atmosphere was just right... albeit in a small footprint. Make sure to reserve a table during peak season!

We had the sharing platter for 3 people and it would have been plenty for four! Tasty hot starters included and then a great variety of sushi and sashimi. We took a box of food away as we were so full. Great way to try lots of different, good quality sushi. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Wonderfully fresh Japanese food here in Carvoeiro. Not to be missed. Very good value. Miso soup not the best but everything else is delicious. Particularly recommend salmon sashimi.
